“Very good. As I can see, the domain celtictime.com is pointed to a different server, a2s83.a2hosting.com (Prime Web Hosting package). Email authentication (SPF records) was disabled there. I enabled it and added spf.a2hosting.com to the DNS SPF record. It may take a few hours for it to propagate.”
